Are there any ETFs or funds in the US or European markets that are using this kind of narrative grouping? Are thematic ETFs achieving something similar?

I am not aware of any funds in the Us or Europe. China yes, but not here

Also, thematic funds and ETF usually play only one narrative or theme. I know of no funds that rotate through themes and narratives as you would need. I once worked in lunching one such fund but for reasons I won’t bother you with it was canned two weeks before launch.
