Anecdotally, this is all anyone can talk about right now in VC. Statements on a website != what's being talked about in IC and with LPs and targets.
Understood, but I tend to think that with increased gender and ethnic diversity comes an increased diversity of opinion. And as for ESG being all that VCs are talking about. I am aware of that. But there is a massive walking-talking gap. VCs talk a lot about that topic and will hopefully get better in the future, but the current state of affairs is way behind publicly listed companies where the discussion has been going on for years. That doesn't mean there isn't tons of greenwashing going on in listed equity, it just means the listed space has several years headstart.
